Magnetic Bead based DNA Extraction Kit Zymag™ Blood DNA Extraction Kit - 20 Reactions
The kit provides a flexible approach for isolating high-quality DNA from dried blood spots and up to 250 µL of whole blood. The hands-on time and total processing time are greatly decreased because there is no reagent set-up required and the kit reagents have a rapid magnetic reaction. High-quality DNA appropriate for direct use in the majority of downstream applications, including amplification, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and enzymatic reactions, is produced by the purification process.
