Limitation of Liability:
The Provider will not be liable to the User for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website, even if the Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Provider's liability to the User will not exceed the fees paid by the User to the Provider for use of the Website during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Governing Law:
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ernakulam, jurisdiction, without giving effect to any choice-of-law principles.
Entire Agreement:

Assignment:
The User may not assign this agreement without the Provider's prior written consent. The Provider may assign this agreement without the User's consent.

Any notice required or permitted to be given under this agreement will be in writing and will be deemed given when delivered personally, by email, or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the parties at their respective addresses set forth in this agreement.
Compliance with Laws:
The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with its use of the Website, including but not limited to laws related to data privacy and security.
Intellectual Property:
The User acknowledges and agrees that the Provider owns all intellectual.
By using the Service, the user acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these terms.
