Mag-Bind Particles reduce processing time overall by having a rapid magnetic reaction time. The tissue and cultured cell DNA separation techniques from ZyGene Biotechnologies are combined with a reversible nucleic acid-binding capability of Mag-Bind® paramagnetic particles. High-quality DNA appropriate for direct usage in most downstream applications, including Next Generation Sequencing, qPCR, PCR, and microarrays, is produced using paramagnetic particles. It is possible to scale up the tissue and cultured cell DNA Kit to analyse 1 mL tissue and cultured cell samples.
